We have set foot into the blossoming cabinet 2024- 2025 prefectorial era. For some leaders, the road seems smooth, for others unreasonable yet and for the former ministers, you have added something valuable to the school. The spillovers of your great work are now reality. Bravo sisters! However, we also bear a greater vision which pulled us to the throne.

With my general prefectorial populace, our tally is to bring out the true meaning of leadership for other generations to draw lessons from. It is indeed a great opportunity that as we delve into new powers, we are able to find the important aspect truly around us and also widen our school outlook. This can only be done when we get insights that build initiative and the initiative that will drive action through putting our mind to the future.

At a world parameter, there are assets desired daily by leaders to implement various projects but surprisingly the efforts end in vain. According to me, self – assessment and situational analysis are the strongest virtues that any strong – willed leader can forego for prompt leadership service.

With the Lord as our guide , for we thank Him that we have supportive people whom we always lean on that is our Headteacher , Ministers, patrons as well as the general school community for their big efforts of keeping us with leadership skills through workshops and professional facilitations.

I know that one challenge for us leaders, individuals or groups is to look ahead as against thinking a head. This is the simple logic, l as the head prefect wish to package for you as we venture into the deeper ends of 2024.
